The navy blue we ordered is true to the color in the picture that is evenly colored. The fabric is a nice weight and drapes nicely. The rhinestones add sparkle and interest and this dress fits well according to the sizing chart. It would be perfect for events such as a semi formal, or homecoming. It is well made and nice quality.
